Key Details:

• Payment Policy: Secure your spot with a deposit accompanying your registration form. The balance is due 30 days from the registration date. Note that registrations without deposits are not considered complete and will not be prioritized until payment is received.
• Registration Deadline: Ensure your registration is completed by May 15th of the event year. Late registrations will incur a $100 late fee. Companies with outstanding balances will be denied access to the event.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing before January 3rd of the event year and will be subject to a $400 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after this date or for incidental registration modifications.
