The Equip Exposition, organized by the Outdoor Power Equipment Institute, is set to take place from October 21-24, 2025, in Louisville, Kentucky. This annual event is dedicated to growing the businesses of landscapers, hardscapers, manufacturers, and dealers. Attendees can explore the latest and greatest products across 1,000 exhibits and test them in a hands-on environment.
Equip Exposition offers a unique, week-long experience for a range of interconnected businesses, including outdoor power equipment, landscaping, hardscaping, tree care, design, lighting, irrigation, and more. The event features a 30-acre outdoor demo yard where attendees can test products for themselves, as well as indoor exhibits with product professionals ready to answer questions.
The event also includes customizable education tracks designed to help attendees power up their businesses and crews. The Education Center offers classes on growing teams, expanding service lines, marketing businesses, boosting customer bases, and strategies to increase profitability. Attendees can invest in education through paid classroom sessions and free keynote-style education.
The Equip Exposition schedule includes a welcome reception at Churchill Downs, a 5k fun run and walk, an opening keynote, trade show hours, outdoor demos, and various networking events. The event is open to adults and children ages 12 and up, with specific requirements for demo participation.
